The Story Behind Physique:


After working with many clients, Ashley saw them craving a sense of community and accountability in their personal lives. Ashley has received many comments of individuals desiring a “Weight Watchers style” program. This is what sparked the creation of Physique: a weight loss program with a dietitian spin. Having the support of others is a HUGE component to successful weight loss. There appeared to be a gap in this support in the Durant and surrounding areas. In efforts to bridge that gap, Ashley sought out to create a community program that is affordable and keeps weight loss simple. Ashley promotes a holistic approach to weight loss that uses food as medicine in efforts to foster long term health in the body and mind. Physique uses calorie counting with an emphasis on food freedom to drive weight loss. Ashley strives for this program to be a place where you can gain long term workout buddies, the support of like-minded individuals, and the confidence that you are learning the most current science-based information.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 
 
  • This program utilizes a calorie counting app as its primary method of weight loss.

  • After registration, you will be provided your initial calorie recommendations calculated by a registered dietitian.

  • We will set personal goals that are appropriate for your body type.

  • After your first workshop, the lead dietitian will explain the program in depth and answer any questions you may have.

  • You will fill out an intake assessment to help establish goals and areas of strength and weakness.

  • For accountability, you will submit your weekly weight from the comfort of your own home.

  • Milestones will be recognized at the weekly workshops.

  • TRF will host weekly in person workshops on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm where you will receive health and nutrition education and join alongside other members for your weekly walk.

  • Members will also have access to a private Facebook group where you will be able to have the support of the Physique community, share recipes, and post success stories and milestones! This group is filled with like-minded people who are striving towards their goals while cheering your successes on along the way! Ashley will not be active in this group; however, you will have opportunities to ask questions during the weekly workshops.

There is a 3% processing fee on all charges
